Thanks Craig for all your help, I am now back at work two months since prostate removal and go about my day not even thinking about any leaking. Also thanks for making me think about my weight. I lost 5cm of girth in two weeks and overall am down from 104cm to 94cm. I no longer have high blood pressure and am eating when hungry not just out of habit. Thanks again.
My continence is coming along great, doing the exercises daily. The pre-surgery program set me up well - eight weeks after the operation I am pad-free and confident with all activities. Also, getting erectile stirrings which is great.
Thanks for checking in. A bit rough after the catheter came out but gradually improved on the Men's Action Plan you sent me. Going well at six weeks and will contact you again if there are any issues.
I can't believe the difference your work with my husband Paul has made. Your clear explanations of what was done in surgery, how to prepare and recover afterwards and the training program for his urine control have been excellent. He is not one to follow instructions usually, but your ability to connect with him and coach rather than treat him was a good fit.
Thanks. I still use a pad when out for a while, but generally it stays dry. I am grateful for your help in getting me active again. For a while I thought my life was going to be all nappies and leaking. Keep up the good work for us blokes.
